I started my policies with Jodie before she was promoted and was transfer to this agent Faby. At the beginning things were okay but something happened that attitude at that office was not professional at all. Once they start that it was not me it was the other girl or she is on another phone will take a message. Then they give a quote and you get a bill for more then what you were expecting. Many things that I have in my list. But the latest one is that I there is a surcharge for a driver for not having nine and half years of driving experience. WOW!! I will investigate this with underwriting and corporate if I have to. For now my business will go somewhere else.

I was transferred to Faby after my agent retired. Initially, her office was prompt with returning emails/calls and answering my questions. But the last few months, there has been no reply to message sent within the State Farm site, as well as sent emails. moving on to another agent.

I reached out for info but never ended up pulling the trigger because I decided not to buy a car at this time. Everyone was very patient with my questions and indecision and guided me to the right policy for the price. So, even though I cannot speak to the quality of State Farm Insurance, since I never bought the policy, I can say their representatives here are A+.

We my husband and I have had State Farm for over 28 years with Chet Stewart and his Team of Customer Service members, which Blanco Elizarrarez was a part of his team and has been continuing her awesome service through the transition with Faby Obispo buying out his business, after Chet Stewart retired this year.
Blanca is the first person I ask for every time I call State Farm. I pray that Blanco Elizarrarez remains on for many more years.

This has been a very frustrating experience. My wife was insured with them and I have my own insurance in my car. We called to see if I could be added as a driver but not insured Angie said yep no problem you just won’t be on the ID card. I said that is no problem at all! I said as long as it doesn’t change the price I don’t want to change her price because I don’t ever drive her car I just wanted to be in there in case of emergency etc . She said it will not change the price if you’re just an added driver. So I add her and get my bill 4 times the amount originally quoted… looks like it changed the price! And she refused to do anything even though her lack of knowledge is the reason we are in this situation definitely do not recommend and me and my wife are moving our policy elsewhere.

Update: she then called and tried to argue with me. Tried to say she was doing me a favor by having me sign an exclusion form which is standard practice and wasn’t offered to me in the first place. They failed to admit their mistakes and every time I said something she had an excuse

If you want to know why they have so many good reviews it’s because they ask you for a review immediately and say they’re “graded on their performance by their review” they’re not and this is how they guilt trip their 5 star reviews and by the time you have a bad experience you forget.

I would definitely warn you to consider elsewhere
