Ron is OK but hard to reach him. His former assistant Azucena and current assistant are more terrible. I purchased the house on May 8th and the insurance premium was paid on the same day by escrow. However, my house wasn't insured until May 20th. Even I contacted them by email, they still kept on asking my email address several times. When I found my email address was still incorrect on farmers website, I asked them to correct. It took them a month to correct it. His assistant told me Farmers website is "glitching". That is why it took so long time. I complained this issues to Ron in August. After I complaint, my insurance premium was raised $347. I asked Ron why the insurance premium was raised and he told me I have to install water leaking detector. It doesn't make sense to me so I called farmer insurance. I was told that my career credit was cancelled by Ron or his assistant after I complained. This agent is terrible. Finally I changed to another agent.
