I had a okay experience signing up here. This company is great in finding competitive and low rates for you. Everyone was very helpful signing me up and office was nice. However, they offer to assist customers in cancelling their existing insurance but they don’t follow through. The manager offered to call my existing insurance the next day to work something out and avoid cancellation fees. I waited for 2 days, each time being promised I would get a call that same day, and there was no call. I ended up calling myself and found out each day I was waiting I was losing money from my refund. Still haven’t heard back from Greenlight....

Recently moved to the area and came in for a quote. Jose quoted me a great rate and I was able to start my policy that same day. He even answered all my questions and made sure I was getting the best deal.

Horrible they give you a high deposit and and say it’s due to the insurance and it’s not them requiring the deposit but it’s lies that’s just how they make their money. Find out who your approved for and contact the insurance company directly find out if they can help u and tell them what u were quoted at what price witht hwir services!

Deceptive as they come!!! They claim to have a no money down option but the catch is you have to pay it in full. How is that no money down? Anyhow, when I questioned the cash vs payment option, I was given two different amounts all the while claiming that there were no installment fees. The agent proceeded to quote me ridiculous amounts, twice as much as others but her explanation was because it was the 12 payment plan. They also had a six payment plan, a four payment plan and so on. I asked her to give me the whole premium amount but she wouldn't give it to me. How am I going to buy something I don't know what I'm paying for? She put me on "hold" and of course she accidentally hung up. I called them more than twenty times and each time they picked up and hung up right away. This is how you want my business? NEVER stop at the Green Light people.

Horrible customer service. We wanted to cancel because they are brokers and they charge for everything and will increase your insurance without a good reason. The manager wasn't understanding and made me come in to sign a cancellation form despite I drove by and gave her an official cancellation letter. Again these people are brokers and charge a brokers fee. It is best to go to a non broker agency where one can just pay for the insurance itself and not the Middle Man.

I HAD MY AUTO COVERED THROUGH THIS COMPANY STEVEN ACTUALLY HELPED US SAVE MONEY SINCE I WAS SCAMMED FROM A MOM AND POP SHOP AROUND THE CORNER FROM THIS STORE, I WAS TRULLY SATISFIED WITH HOW STEVEN EXPLAINED MY COVERAGE OPTIONS FROM A -Z , AND SINCE I HAD A REALLY BAD EXPIRIENCE BEFORE WITH THAT OTHER AGENCY , I MADE SURE ALL GREENLIGHT AGENTS WERE LICENSED, AND IM HAPPY TO SAY THEY WERE AND WERE VERY EXPIRIENCED, WHATS MOST AMAZING IS HOW I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY A DOWN PAYMENT!!!! I WAS IN SHOCK OTHER PLACES RIPP YOU OFF WITH A 300-400 DOLLAR DOWN PAYMENT AND GREENLIGHT ACTUALLY DIDNT CHARGE ME A DOWN I PAYED ONLY 125 FOR A FULL COVERAGE AND IM ONLY PAYING 84 A MONTH IM SOOO SATISFIED AND THANKFULL TO STEVEN AND ALL THE OTHER AGENTS WHO WERE SO NICE AND PLEASANT.

Excellent service, no one can come close to beat the prices.
