I been with this insurance for more than 25 years and I have automatic payment and on April the supposed to change only one month and they remove two months and on top of that the increase my monthly payment $60.00 dollars more without advise me before, they took advantage of the automatic payment, this insurance doesn’t care about their customers and they don’t care if you have that amount of money to withdraw that is a professional and money hanger. Don’t get this insurance you will not be in good hands with Allstate you wil be on the worst hands.

Never can get a hold of Oscar and I can only speak to others in the office..Changed my policy amount and no explanation and my driving record is clean..Looking for another insurance company that will respect me enough to call or respond to me.

I have no complains for Allstate they have been helpful and professional for over 35 years with Me.
