I went here after buying a new car so i had to set up a whole new policy, Chase helped me and he made the transition SO easy. i was expecting it to be a huge headache and he just made the whole process feel like nothing.

I am not sure if it is a company policy or a practice that this agency uses to minimize their cancellations but I activated my policy a week in advance of the start date because I wanted to lock in my price but still shop around. I ended up finding a cheaper policy elsewhere so I cancelled my State Farm policy the day after I set it up. (Keep in mind it hasn’t activated yet). The representative informed me that I will receive a refund in 45 days which I think is ridiculous but whatever.
30 days later I get a charge for my policy and it was never cancelled.
This was all done mid august and I still have not received a refund and now I have to dispute this charge from a policy that should have been canceled the day after it was activated.

I had a claim issue with State Farm today and was having no luck using the State Farm app to take my pictures and finish filing the claim a customer service agent name Ade came to my rescue stayed with me all the way tried to help me but something must have been wrong with the app he then allowed me to take the pictures while he was on the phone with me and then send the pictures to him personally and he sent the pictures and the other information I needed to the responsible party to get my claim finished he was great more than great and even greater I thank him tremendously great experience with him and he made up for what the State Farm app failed at doing thank you Ade

Genaro from Paul Kagan's office was extremely helpful. He was able to cancel my renter's insurance with ease. He took it a step further by getting me a refund for the months I didn't use my renter's insurance. Overall, I was pleased with my experience!

All the staff here was great. I mostly worked with Edwin who took his time explaining all of our options. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into a policy. He also speaks Spanish which was very helpful as my mom only speaks Spanish and he was able to address all her concerns. Many of the other staff are bilingual as well. We had already spent some time getting quotes from other places but State Farm was able to provide the best options. Would definitely recommend at least inquiring here.

State Farm is by far the best insurance company. As a young driver and a recent college graduate struggling to make ends meet, State Farm provides affordable insurance that fits right into my budget. Further more, the customer service is excellent, my agent, Karina Alonso, is always reaching out and going the extra mile to relay any information regarding my policy. It’s a satisfying feeling that I can wake up and carry on about my day knowing I have secured the best insurance. You never know what can happen within a blink of an eye but one thing I do know is that State Farm will always have my back.

Wow. Can not say enough about their service. I called in to get insurance on a newly purchased vehicle and Vanessa told me of a way to save money by combining my policies. I thought it might be a sales pitch,but, turned out that the savings was WAY MORE than I expected. In fact combining my policies adding the new vehicle cost me nothing.

If I could give this office a lower rating I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Like the other review my account is still screwed up. I had been with State Farm for 44 years and had to change insurance companies due to the stupidly of the people who work in this office. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! You will never hear a peep from Paul Kagan. He allows incompetent people to do all of his interfacing. I have spent hours of my time trying to correct severe over billing problems. If your experience is like mine the mistakes will never benefit you. Get ready to be over billed and under serviced!!!! I can't imagine how horrible my experience would have been had I ever needed to submit a claim. Try a different office and definitely avoid Corina ( she is a rude idiot). Mr Kagan must encourage this low-level customer service because he dismissed all the competent people who worked for Bill Coats and filled his office with ill-mannered and incompetent personnel. STAY CLEAR and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
