We recently got switched over to Randy, previously with Luis Farfan. Randy, was able to resolve an issue for me within 24hours, first time contacting him and having an inquiry, it took him one email to claims and in less 3 hrs everything was resolved.

When Mr.Farfan was my agent i had ZERO issues with my payments or coverage. Unfortunately Mr.Farfan has retired and Mr. Navarro took over as my agent and it has been issue after issue after issue. I tried adding an additional vehicle and he found every possible way to NOT help me. If this situation continues i will most likely either change agent or contact someone higher than Mr. Navarro. Wouldn't recommend that agent.

I have been very impressed from my first call when I was inquiring about getting coverage. I spoke with Noemi and she was FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY and VERY HELPFUL. This agency literally creates a policy thylored specifically to YOU ans YOUR NEEDS. I highly recommend them

Randy is the worst, most unprofessional insurance agent I have ever had or dealt with. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond explanation. There have been a number of instances where I felt odd after talking with him but when it came to discussing an analogy of an insurance situation I was in he immediately made it offensively political, referring to someone who shares my political views with such contempt and disrespect I could not believe what I was hearing. In no world or setting is this okay. This was about insurance. After the talk I have never wanted to leave an insurance company faster. And since then I have. I hope others see Randy for what he is; apathetic, judgmental, with extreme bias and uncouth disdain for those on the other side of his political and financial views. Avoid him at all cost.
