I came to the Royal Fox team because I just bought a car and wasn’t happy with what my previous insurance offered. Marlon worked to meet me at my availability. We met for about 2 hours because Marlon took the time to explain everything I need to know about selecting auto insurance. It seriously was like an auto insurance 101 crash course. Before I was referred to Marlin I was under infinity insurance with a different broker. The broker that was doing business with me was taking advantage of me and my money. I was paying a huge amount of money but I had no benefits. Now that I switched my policy with Marlin and I still have infinity im seriously paying half of what I used to. Marlon from day one he made me feel like family. Whenever there was a problem with my car in any situation he was the first person to call. Never, not once has he not answered my call. He is hilarious, and I really consider myself blessed to have him in not only my life but my whole family is insured through royal fox!

My husband and I were looking to get new Car Insurance and had pretty specific parameters. After a while we got overwhelmed and frustrated from driving place to place looking for the right insurance company and we still had to register our new vehicle at the dmv, we (thankfully!) found Marlon who can actually do everything in his office no more waiting in line at the DMV Great!. Marlon was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He figured out the best low cost plan that have us exactly what we were looking for. Can't forget about the complimentary chocolate cookies lol thanks Marlon!
