Stephaine Chew’s State Farm office provides impeccable service. For instance, last week I had called their office twice and my phone was not working properly. I could not hear them and they could not hear me. I figured I would try later. Later that morning I received a text from their office letting me know that they had received a call from me, but there was trouble with the call. They asked me if there was anything they could help me with.
Why do I think this is great service? They took the time to search their customer database to find it was me who had called and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I did need assistance with something that I would have put off for a later date or simply would have forgotten about.
This is one of the many examples of their outstanding service of going above and beyond I consistently experience.

I never thought I’d be writing a review for insurance, but Stephanie Chew State Farm is THAT good!!!! Exceptional really. When we bought our house, it was so tough to get insurance bc we back to a mountain (fire risk) so other companies were astronomical or wouldn’t insure us. Stephanie Chew State Farm worked with us and gave us a VERY reasonable quote quickly with no issues. In fact, we then referred to other family and they had the same experience. Since then, any time we have a question, Stephanie Chew is so helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and it feels like she truly has our best interests in mind when giving us advice.
