Since then I have moved all of our business policies to them and I don't plan on going any where else. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and are always quick to respond. They are much more than just an insurance agent and I am so happy to have found them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing insurance services.

Been using this broker since 1998. They were in a smaller office back then and have moved to a beautiful (and better) location since then. Twice within the last 6 months I have needed them. Once because a good student driver discount wasn't given after I submitted my daughters grades and the other was to add another vehicle to my policy. The good student discount wasn't applied for over a month, two emails and three phone calls. To add another vehicle and remove an old took two phone calls. I'm only giving a 3/5 because of that. If I would've rated before these recent episodes, it would have been a 5 star rating. If they're too busy to handle issues for clients, they should hire more employees.

I can’t speak highly enough of this company they have stayed with us through thick and thin for the last 20 years all the way down to retirement and the sale of our business .I’m sad to not be working with them daily but happy to be off to retirement . Without your professional services and loyalty to perfecting your craft we would not be where we are today . SGB found a company that would cover us in this rather strange situation. I won't get insurance from anybody else but SGB and recommend you don't either. Just sayin.
