I had a wonderful experience with Maria Rojas - team! In particular, Jason helped me. I had a stressful day with a blown out tired and a liftgate that resulted in an insurance claim. I commute for work and since the rainy season is coming up, I had to take the day off work to get the situation handled. Jason was calm and reassuring and help me get my claim processed and reminded me that the day could only get better. Which it did!

State Farm insurance has provided exceptional service to me throughout the 32 years they’ve provided coverage for my home. I’ve filed three claims during this time. Each instance, they worked with me to repair my home to return it to its prior condition. I’m very pleased with State Farm.

The team in Woodland are the best to work with. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and quick to respond to any issue you may have. Andrew is the best of the best and has completed numerous transactions for auto and home coverages for me over the years.

Had a great experience with this agent at first, but my rate tripled out of no where with no warning, and after an in person meeting, she caused more stress than reassurance resulting in me miscarrying my pregnancy, from all the stress she caused me. To put the cherry on top she canceled my business insurance with no warning as well.

Maria and her team are the absolute BEST! I wouldn't trust my insurance needs to anyone else. They respond quickly, are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and always provide personable, professional service.

He always follows through with what he says he is going to do for you. He is super friendly and very professional mostly he’s knowledgeable and proficient. I started my first Auto Policy with State Farm in 1987, and have maintained my insurance with State Farm ever since. Maria Rojas has always looked out after me and my family and I know she will answer my call when and if anything bad happens to us she always been there to give me her best advise through thick and thin times.

I decided to finally apply for a credit card. I went into Maria M. Rojas’ office and spoke with Karla. This is something she’s passionate about and doesn’t do it just cause “it’s her job”. She explained everything and answered any questions I had. I got approved and she was genuinely happy for me, it was overall a great experience.

When I first started driving, just like any other teenager, I had no knowledge on car insurance. I went into Maria M. Rojas’ office and spoke with Jason. He explained the coverages to me and told me that State Farm also provided car loans. I ended up qualifying for a car loan to buy my first car, as well as getting the auto insurance through State Farm, at a reasonable price! Jason made the process simple and easy!

Just got off the phone with the manager of Maria Rojas's office. Needed to cancel my Dad's auto policy with State Farm since he recently passed away. Was told I could not do this without power of attorney. Asked for alternatives and proceeded to get lecture on why this policy is in place by a guy that sounded as if he was maybe all of 20 years old. They want to continue billing him through his bank. I see other negative reviews here on yelp that have no response. As a business owner I would be concerned. Apparently Ms Rojas is not.
