Highly deceptive insurance agency. Canceled my auto insurance with them and they proceeded to charge me. It seemed to have upset them. The level of corruption that these individuals have resorted to is beyond comparison. Their resentment is unparalleled. Please shop around with other insurance companies before you settle with this one.

Super bad customer service. Had changed insurances and cancelled same day so my auto payment wouldn’t go thru since I cancelled. Guy on phone Steve hung up on me mid conversation when trying to do cancellation called back and continued process. He supposedly had done it then I see I get charged on my card 12 days later. When I was trying to avoid the charge. Very unprofessional…

If I could give no stars I would. Went to this office to see if they could help me but was not helpful and was given very negative feedback. We were frustrated from shopping for insurance online . Our frustration was showing and instead of them having us sit down and figure something out they threw us out. That’s ok though I found a better place with a more comfortable environment.
I don’t recommend this place at all

I never write reviews however after I experienced the agent and walk me through my insurance process. I want to thank him he was honest and save me 300 dollars a month. I recommend anyone that needs insurance to come here.

They were very honest and didn't try to cheat me to try and get my business. The representative was very honest with me and advise me that my car and house insurance pymts and total amount were perfect and not to even try to change. That's my kind of business whether I go with them or not.

The best there is I compared prices through out Sacramento ,yubacity ,,marysville and surrounded areas and the prices were the lowest with All Drivers insurance,Steve and Jason are there to help u great customer service they will try to find you the best prices I have been with that insurance company for at least over10 years
