I was here for a quote on homeowners insurance. They have an attendant at the entrance as you walk in to greet and direct you to the proper department or person. She was very friendly and helpful and I notice many banks nowadays have the same system in place to guide you to the correct person to help you with your needs. Anyway, the quote I received was very competitive to my current premium, which is over $700 in savings!
Of course my situation may be different than yours so the amount may vary. So, with that amount saved I obviously went with AAA and since I have another policy with them I received membership discount on top of that, too.

I've been a member for years, you're always greeted with a smile, never a long wait. The team members are knowledgeable and happy to assist with any and all services needed. They offer such a large variety of services that I've never needed to go through anyone else. Very clean inside the branch and they have coffee or tea the majority of the time. I've never had a bad experience whether inside the branch or dealing with claims.

This company is the biggest scam and most unprofessional company i have ever been insured with in my life.
They fail to communicate with you on anything. Their “recommended” body shop had my car for 26 days and it came back with a dent in the door passenger door which was not there when I brought the car to them. They broke my window which the did replace and I’m still not happy about that. There are paint chips on my hood. I am absolutely dissatisfied with AAA I have reached out on several different occasions left voicemails, sent Emails and when I did talk to somebody they I was told “yeah Robert will call you back” that was a lie never heard anything back from him. I was not informed that they weren’t covering my rental for any longer. And it was their body shops fault that the rental was not going to be covered for any length of time longer. Instead I’m just slapped with a bill after I payed my deductible. Go to State Farm or gico save your money elsewhere. this place is absolutely ridiculous. I still haven’t received anything from them about my claim complaints doesn’t sound like their fixing it so looks like I’m suing my own insurance company!

We recently got AAA as there are so many perks that go with it, but when we went in we paid everything to get my motorcycle off of non-op to transfer it to my brother. All was supposed to be good to go but when we came in to do the transfer they said we had to go to the DMV to move forward because they were getting errors. My brother went into the DMV and got everything taken care of; it turns out when they processed the registration payment they never clicked the submit button to push it through so it wouldn't work. The DMV got everything handled for us and we are now good to go; just wish we didn't have to waste hours on a missed click of a button...

First time homebuyer and already have AAA, was trying to set up home insurance and was told I needed said policy number. So I get said number and came the same day and the employee Pedro said that he needs another policy number and is honestly making me feel as a customer that I’m the problem for asking why I need said policy number/numbers. He even raised his voice to the point of yelling.

Went there for handicap placard and plates for my mother. No waiting .

The reason for the 3 stars is that sometimes when I go into the branch I be waiting 10-15 minutes to speak with an agent. Other than that my services with AAA is been a pleasant experience thus far.

The people are very nice but there were only two people at the DMV window being waited on and I still had to wait well over 30 minutes just to renew my registration once again they were very slow one window seem to be training a girl so there's only one girl at the window she stayed with one customer over 20 minutes

The roadside service is fantastic unfortunately their insurance sucks the inspector did not even go out and look at my boat when they got messed up he refused to listen to the guys that did the work on my boat my boat was rear-ended while I was on the trailer and he tried to say we did it in the water there was nothing wrong with the prop the never buy their insurance it's a waste of money

I've not been happy with AAA for a while. When I lived in Dublin and Sacramento the customer service was amazing but then when I moved up North both the Oroville and Yuba City location stink. The tow service in Yuba City is the worst thing that's ever happened to this area. Up to a 4 hour wait. They need to contract more tow companies or at least get away from the shop they're working with.

Everyone here is so kind. As soon as you walk in you are immediately greeted and literally no wait.

I’ve kept a couple direct lines and emails from the people I’ve dealt with here because they have always been so helpful, especially compared with the call center people. They have more experience or they care more, either way, it’s worth getting hold of someone at this branch if you need a problem solved.

Been members for 30+ years with great service until now. My car got backed into in a parking lot on 4/9/2021. Made a claim immediately that day. Heard from my adjuster the following business day. Have reached out several times since then, with no response whatsoever. It's been more than 4 weeks with no contact. I've even reached out to his supervisor with no response. It's been 36 days with a damaged car & still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be looking for a new insurance company!

BAD SERVICE. Told me to take my car to the shop to get it fixed then halfway through the process they ordered to stop the fixing and won’t pay for the other half of the repairs stating they doubt it was from the accident. I had to get my insurance involved to make them pay. BAD COMPANY AND SHADY
