I obtained Allstate for my last year insurance coverage. The company I had previously for many years went up, Allstate gave the best price. I have learned that shopping around is the best solution. The service was great. They do keep up with you drive time.

We are so pleased with Voyage insurance. This is our 2nd year and we have referred others. The office is awesome but Jeremy makes servicing us just outstanding and we love working with him. He is the BEST.

I switched my car insurance companies because they told me it would be cheaper… started off good then 6 months down the line my premium went up by $100+ monthly. I called to ask why and no one can give me any information only “everyone in the state of florida has gone up” No accidents, no tickets in my last 10 years of driving yet my premium went up exponentially. I asked an agent from this office why and she said “more than likely because you filed a claim before you joined Allstate” what’s the point of having insurance if they’re going to raise your rates for a not at fault accident? Shame on this company for being sneaky and deceiving. I will never recommend anyone to join allstate because their service sucks. How can my insurance bill be higher than my car payment! How does that even make sense!

Very helpful in a variety of ways. Facundo is excellent & very helpful with when dealing with the customer. I call, get a quick response . When a follow up is needed , he investigates and calls back in a timely manner.

I had a slight accident where my bumper scraped another car's bumper. No injury, no damage other than my bumper left a black streak on the other bumper. Did not even leave a dent. I was on the phone for over an hour being passed from one person to another. The last person I talked to said it was not covered. I am changing insurance companies.

Christine was very courteous and professional. Answered all my questions. The rates were amazingly low. Allstate App is very Informative and comprehensive.

Always there when I need them. And, I get my questions answered in terms that I understand.
