I was shopping around for insurance policy and the lady told me that I don't meet the overall requirements. Because I had a not at fault accident in 2024 n 2023 like I can avoid somebody from hitting my vehicle if I could rate them a 0 I would.
I filed a claim over a month ago only to find out that my policy had been canceled about 2 week before hand WITHOUT me being notified. I'm 33 with stage 4 cancer, things are hard enough as it is. The 1 time in my life I've actually needed car insurance it wasn't there. I had NO idea that I was driving around illegally and more than a month later I still have no answer as to whether they are going to cover it or not. Currently my car is growing mold because of water damage and I can do absolutely nothing with it until I hear back from Geico. I've called MANY times and all they keep telling me is "we'll reach out to you when we have an answer". So, right now I'm still making payments on a car that I can't drive or attempt to fix. I've never had so much trouble with any company in my life.
My Husband and I were shopping for a better rate on our auto policy than what we currently had. Cameron was great in pointing out about stacking that we had on our policy and didn't need.

GEICO is by far THE WORSE car insurance I’ve ever had that drive easy app will set you up for COMPLETE FAILURE my insurance went from1600 for 6 month premium to 4500 because of the stupid inaccurate drive easy app If you decide to go with GEICO do NOT enroll in that app you will regret it I have not gotten pulled over nor got in any car accidents and yet my insurance has sky rocketed drastically it is very inaccurate and sometimes it says I had a phone in my hand while I’m in my house not even driving and did not have my phone at all the entire time while driving even if your kid has your phone while you’re driving it’s logging as if it’s you it doesn’t go off your driving it goes by your PHONE HOW inconvenient thanks GEICO for ruining my driving record ‼️ Highly NOT RECOMMENDED

Called a local number, during regular business hours and was sent to the Geico robot at HQ.. If I had wanted to speak with the corporate office, I would have dialed the 800 number..I try to patronize small businesses, as much as I possibly can..The reason is one on one interaction. I was very disappointed.
I have only been with GEICO for 3 weeks today and have already changed to USAA….worse customer service ever!! I do NOT recommend this Daytona agency. Zero customer service!! I would give the Daytona office a negative number if it was an option! RUN

The Entire Claims department absolutely made everything very easy, and just overall a less stressful situation all together. I lost my truck during hurricane Ian by a tree. My truck was totaled!! My claim I did mostly through the app ( very simple) and then was called within 2 hours of submission! very next morning i was already set up and reserved a rental for the next day. The damage estimator was in contact with me and made it to my house that morning. Very genuine and professional (James) was his name. He explained the process and what to expect. Picked up my rental and OTW to enterprise I was called and given my "total loss payout" information. Absolutely amazing Staff that I delt with this all happened in the matter of 3 days.

Raised our insurance, charged us $45 because a form was not completed. We went to the office, they didn't even have the form. They had to have another office fax the form to them, but yet they charged us anyway. We weren't told this form was needed. It's in a very inconvenient area with a lot of traffic, difficult to get to due to location, very few parking places (5 or 6) in the back of the building. Just in a bad location with insufficient signage, you can easily go past it before you see the sign. Then you have to turn around and try to get back into traffic on one of the busiest streets in the city, International Speedway Boulevard.

I was having trouble with Progressive paying out the claim with one of their insured drivers. It's been a month and no one from Progressive came out to assess my vehicle. Kristie from Geico, took more than 30 minutes of her time contacting Progressive and making sure my claim would be paid. I wasn't getting anywhere contacting Progressive on my own. Kristie reopened the claim on my end and gave me other options, so my car will get fixed! Thank you Kristie!!

Found cheaper service, tried paying balance several times. They kept spending back money to account, eventually said don't worry about it it's our fault. Months later bill says in collections and had to pay it for a 8th time.. that Lil lizard is a real piece of work.

My family has been with Geico for over 20 years. When I turned 18 I started with my own plans. I have shopped around a couple of times, but Geico has always had the best prices. I have had to make 3 claims and they where all the easiest things ever. The customer service have always been very nice and help with anything possible.
Had to drive to get another form of payment since good American cash is not accepted. Just purchase a safe or make people go to the bank daily to deposit funds.

I was in an accident. Other drives at fault. Claim was filed and went through the other driver's insurance. I let Geico know. I made it clear, repeatedly, that it was through the other driver's insurance. Geico repeatedly tried to have the claim go through them, and to this day still shows the claim. I've told them on every call, and still, the claim shows. Because I can't trust them to follow through or understand via telephone, I have requested to correspond via email, but to this day there has been no reply.

Simon is an agent with this location and was extremely pushy, and continued to remind me that if I don’t pay with him he doesn’t make anything. Mind you, I was only calling for a quote to discuss what my options were. We took our business elsewhere because it felt like more of a scam than it was legitimate.

This local office spam calls people and tells them that someone has requested insurance with them and that they sent them a quote. They are just looking to update address information in their system with your phone number. Bad business practices.

Not one, not two, not three, but four different people blew us off on our phone calls to this office. Most times they said that they were just finishing up with a customer and that they would call us back as soon as they were done but never did. Another time we were told I’m just going to put you on hold for a moment and then they transferred us to the corporate number where we were on hold for over 30 minutes and hung up. We’ve been trying for weeks to get an answer.

I’ve been a Geico memeber for well over 5 years. Never had an accident and I have at least 2 policies have had up to 4 polices at the same time. Recently was in a motorcycle accident. It’s been a month now to the day and still have not been able to resolve my claim. Fat it was totaled then it wasn’t now it is. They are under estimating the vehicle by several 1,000 dollars and can’t get a straight answer from anyone. Had to take it directly to the dealership to get a quote even the dealership says it’s worth more than they estimate the value and every piece of equipment is 50% under valued not to mention even though I told him (the claims adjuster) about my personal belongings and sent him pictures and prices they still are not on the evaluation of the property. Terrible service and I feel like there trying to take advantage of

After almost 10 years of being a loyal customer, I was on the side of the road put in danger. Geico apparently cancelled my auto insurance road side assistance. They said in the last 10 years I have locked myself out of my car. So, after almost 10 years of loyalty they do that? That is the worst customer I have ever heard of. I am looking for new insurance. Geico you are a horrible company. You are lucky that I didnt get robbed or hurt.

you have a luxury vehicle and they want to put you in a compact car as a rental of which was not available when I went to pick the rental car up. what a surprise they did not have a compact car so I had to wait . Thank God for best feiends
