My experience with Genesis was AMAZING!!! I've been trying to find a place that has affordable car insurance for my fiance's car, and all of the other places I had called in my area either didn't answer the phone, or the rates were way to expensive. The phone call I had with Genesis lasted less than 20 minutes, she was able to get all of my fiance's information, and give me the most affordable quote I've heard ALL DAY!! After not having a policy with them for five months, they are still sending me bills they must have me on auto pay. It is very concerning and upsetting so $2000 of a bill they send, and they also text it never stops I even called them. Will never do business with this company again.
