If i could give 0 stars I would. My parents dealt with this agency for quite sometime even after Davy Ann took over. My parents dealt with this agency because they spoke spanish and were able to communicate. My parents had their home for over 20 years. A fire occurs now 20 years later and NOW we come to find out there is no insurance on the house. I spoke to Davi Ann personally and she is very nasty, unpleasant, uncaring and not compassionate. My families home went up in flames, it’s non livable. My parents are over 70 years old. I have my 2 kids that also live with us. 5 people are now homeless. This is how people end up homeless on the street or end up committing suicide. Do not deal with this agency. They do not do their job.

Your agency dropped the ball and you were nasty about how you handled yourself. You are trying not to lose any future business from others so that is why you respond like this. You are doing very bad business and it shows.

I thought it was going to be a hassle, but I got a quote for auto insurance quickly, and the price I ended up paying was actually lower than the estimated quote! Davi-Ann Carey also set me up with another agent for my condo insurance, which turned out the same; a lower price than the initial quote. Very happy customer here!

Every year it gets worst. The lack of customer service and care really hurts. Ms. Carey refuses to get involved. We have to call or email multiple times to even get a response. Have spent over a ***,*** on All-State. You would think All-State would show any effort in return. Stay away from this location. Absolutely terrible!

Had a great experience! I spoke with a representative from the office. She gave me the best Premium quote for full coverage on my ES350 Lexus, better than what I was looking for. Not many people go out of their way to explain coverages, benefit & cost price. Great customer service, highly recommend this agent.

The onboarding process was ok, kind of hands-off but quick. The response time for questions is average. It is very hard to get anything done once they have your money. The policy is poorly explained and the legal text used by the underwriting department is confusing. The HO6 policy is outsourced to a third party (non-Allstate). I had to file a claim and it has been over 2 months now and it is painstakingly slow. Terrible customer service, we are being bounced around to different claims representatives and in the meanwhile, the shower is non-usable. Doesn't feel like we are in good hands.

Really simply put excellent service, knowledge, honest, follow up, passion & the also after shopping around the best deal in town if you are looking for full service red carpet service with a top rated insurance company with no excuses when you put in a claim this is it. I never like to shop around for insurance but Davi-Ann was a true fresh breath of air & an honor to find someone who loves what they do, & just cares about doing their best. She can explained everything & understood my needs & offered me real benefits that made sense & brought much value to my needs. She is truly a true 1% in the industry. I am super demanding when it comes to service & passion as product alone does not complete any demanding individuals needs. Rarely do I feel this way about anyone & when I do it is a true rarity. There is no good attention and solution to problems, they do not send notifications to customers when the policies are going to expire and you can have big problems with that.
