If you need an insurance do not contact this company. Back in October Ana the owner helped me get an insurance and everything was good until recently. I noticed that I was being charged an extra $300 on my payments on January and February and contacted the insurance company. They informed that they had informed my agency back in December that there would be a change in my payments if I didn't provide proof for a discount that had been applied when the policy was opened. I got in contact with Ana and she said she had sent me a message to my number but her error was telling me that she had sent it to the wrong number. She never confirmed my number or gave me a call while this was an important matter. I got charged $600 extra on my account. When she got back to me after trying to sort this out with the insurance company but in the end not being successful she kept blaming me that it was my fault for not checking my bank account and that if I wanted to get a quote from another agency that she was more than happy to cancel my policy. In the end she was very rude and of no help in this situation. I hope that future people do not do business with this agency. They are not good and do not respect other people.
