I can't say enough good things about Town and Country. I have been with them for about 7-8 years now and they have handled SO much for me over that time, including all of my insurances. Even my homeowners which is escrowed, they manage and make sure I have the coverage I need. They are overall very prompt and communicative about anything and everything. Hurricane Ian destroyed all of my belongings in my home, and both of my vehicles, and it is because of people like Ginny, Kelly, and Travis with Town and Co. that I had the coverage I so desperately needed and all the while, making it the best price I could ask for over the years.

Town and Country helped me find an insurance company for my house and one for flood when it was impossible to find companies on my own. When your house is over a certain age, it can be impossible to do some things on your own and not get taken advantage of. Thank goodness for T&C!

They were referred to me by my real estate agent. They charged me excessively for homeowners insurance when I relocated to Florida from Indiana. After the move, I took time to research other insurance companies. I found the same coverage from another insurance agent for much less. I have tried since October to get this agent to refund my money, once I got new insurance.

I have called 7 times now, to get help. Chris Paterson, agent, has lied and refused to return calls. I have left 2 messages for the owner of the agency, Jason Prospect, and yet to receive a call back. I have faxed the cancellation letter and declaration page numerous times and Chris denies receiving. I have a page from the fax that states the fax went through. I have also emailed this to Chris Paterson. And more denials of receipt.

I called Florida Peninsula and no contact has been made by Town & Country about my cancellation. I am now dealing directly with Florida Peninsula to get my refund.
