I needed liability insurance for my unit before moving in. I have been trying to get insurance through another source and they never answered the phone or got back to me. Eventually took 2 weeks to send me a quote. I shopped around and got a hold of Kristie. Kristie was an outstanding help!!! She was so sweet and kind over the phone and made my situation a priority. I received a quote in literally 3 minutes. She even went the extra mile and emailed everything to my landlord so I didn’t have to lift a finger. I don’t know how this place stays in business I called two weeks ago and spent 20 min on the phone gave all my info and needs for insurance and was told I’d hear back from them in a few days, nothing. I called a week later following up and was told the agent was on the other line and they took my info and said she’d call me right back that was another week ago and haven’t even received a phone call now I am scrambling around to get coverage in time I’m scared to even do business with them if this is how punctual they are

Kim Harr and her associates are very professional, friendly, caring, personable, informed - and most importantly, saved me $1000/yr on my auto policy! And that's with increasing my uninsured motorist coverage (which she taught me is VERY important). I recently had 2 rate hikes with my old insurance company - almost $400/yr! I called them (the lizards) to see what could be done to lower my rate - and they told me it was "as low as it could go."
