Richard at the S Dalemabry location needs to find employment not working with the public. He lacks common courtesy and customer service.

The older lady was extremely rude and when I came back with the proper documents, the doors were locked. It is 4 o'clock and they close at 5:30, ( I see one of the male employees sitting at a desk ignoring me). This is extremely unprofessional and I would be ashamed to have these two as my employees.

Worst customer service ever went in today at 3:00pm and the white gentleman brown hair sitting to the right was super nonchalant, didn’t GAF what I was saying and acted in human as if he doesn’t live in this world too . kept saying it’s nothing he could do for me . Ii started a policy and was living in one area with a rooomate and moved too another area, because I couldn't provide proof of recidency, because I no longer live there , they threaten to cancel and I called and discussed my situation...With CO-VID , I had too move with mother, lost job and I have a Lung Disease, so I am struggling too pay anything. NoW i LOSE My Down Payment and they take my money???? I am so frustrated right now!!!!!!!

I thought going directly to the office I would save a stamp and make certain my bill was paid. I was actually charged $20 extra dollars,when I inquired about the mistake I was told it was a service and handling fee,since I paid in cash. I did not persue the issue and will pay by mail.
So I went in to my local Direct Auto agency not thinking I'd actually walk out with a Policy. Timothy Wilson "Tim" took very good care of me. He was awesome at understanding my needs and was able to secure me with a great policy and even better rate then most other companies I have tried. I will definitely be recommending Tim and Direct Auto to my friends and anyone I come across looking for new insurance.

I’ve been a direct policy holder for 3 years, the level of costumer service I just received via a phone call was awful. I was put on hold for 5 minutes when I asked for a second to grab my vin number. I wasn’t given answers to any of my questions when I asked in a break down in my policy. The agent was condescending and rude, constantly talking down to me and repeating that he wants to just “get this done quickly.” Excuse me if I want a level of costumer service and care for a major monthly payment I’ll be making.
Worst insurance ever, they don't care for you they just charge you, my boyfriend had an accident, in a parking, it wasn't his fault but, the other person, the guilty one, had geico they never ask what happened, in a phone call geico says that no one have fault, and then a month after, we receive a letter telling us that we have the fault, they never ask us and now he have an at fault accident for free Direct never investigate or call , they just give geico what rhey want , ok they say it was definitive so we couldn't fight , now is the renewal time off course , Direct wants us to pay double
Of the policy we been paying after a year , like I said , they don't care about their costumers , they just care about getting paid on time , never go with them that's my advice I rather pay more and have an insurance that really works.
WORST insurance possible. Horrible to deal with. Unprofessional and I am still trying to get my money returned after a month of going back and forth with them. They give you paperwork with spelling errors, wrong information.. it's a nightmare. Just do yourself a favor and keep shopping.
