Raven has poor customer service skills. She is rude, condescending and has poor return response time. I got so frustrated I left the company.

Outstanding!! I can’t say enough good things about Ramey and their team. Paula, Shannon, and Brianna went above and beyond for us. We had initiated a couple new auto and umbrella policies before the hurricane. After the storm, they reached out to me and kept me informed on what was going on, and within two weeks, had everything taken care of (in addition to answering questions on our home policy, which we also have through Ramey). They did this while they were also dealing with their own hurricane damages and issues. Their communication, caring, and follow thru are just unbelievable. Efficient and professional!

Paula has a very poor attitude, very rude, and all we wanted was a quote. First time looking for liability/golf cart insurance as required by the community we just moved into and when finally made contact all she seemed bothered by it and she was very rude and not informative or helpful. Definitely not someone we care to give our money too or deal with. PAULA, IT IS NOT STREET LEGAL!!!

When you find a totally caring group of people who follow thru with every thing they say they will do, you keep that insurance company always and tell others. My roof was damaged in 2017 hurricane and Ramey Insurance helped me from day one to final installation of my roof. They were there when I needed them, thank you for all your help.

They of course are very responsive to normal questions regarding the policy but they also had the ability to work with the insurance company when incorrect information was disseminated on my flood zone rating.
