I want to thank Evolve Insurance Agency and David Kronk for his help in getting our Hurricane Ian Loss Assessment Claim successfully settled. My two months of efforts emailing and calling our insurance company's claim department, and the assigned adjusted, had not produced any settlement of our claim; in fact, I think they weren't even working on the claim. Within two weeks of David's involvement, we had a new adjuster and a settlement check in the mail. I know this is an unusual situation, but it took unusually long to get the company to settle our very simple claim.

When our homeowners insurance company cancelled hundreds of policies in our area, our personal home (including an Airbnb guest house) plus our multi unit Airbnb properties were among them. We contacted at least 10 agencies to find coverage. Many did not even attempt to quote, knowing they were short term rentals. A few of them gave a quote, but they were VERY high. David at Evolve came up with a very creative solution which allowed us to keep our premiums at a comparable OR LOWER rates by splitting our coverage for each building between two companies... Wow. There is someone who wants your business enough to think outside the box to find his client a solution. We are SO grateful!
