Words cannot express how wonderful my experience was with Innovative Insurance, more specifically David B and team. Yesterday (Thursday) I was supposed to close on my new home but the insurance I had chosen originally failed me and my closing kept getting pushed back until eventually they canceled closing. I had already sold my current home and needed to be out Saturday so essentially if I did not close today (Friday) my family and I would be homeless, I have fur babies too so finding a hotel/motel would be difficult (not to mention storage, movers, etc.) I requested quotes from several insurance agencies and Innovative Insurance was by far the fastest and easiest to work with (they actually answer the phone!! I've had to leave so many messages with other companies cause no one answers the phone!) David got everything I needed so quickly, and considering I contacted Innovative Ins. so late it was a miracle he was able to do as much as he did! Unfortunately, I had already been canceled for closing but because of David I was able to close today. My family and I are completely grateful and strongly recommend David B and Innovative Insurance! 10 out of 5 stars. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, just all around excellence!
