When purchasing a change in Homeowners Insurance with my agent, Lori Maslanka, she suggested the wisdom of purchasing an Equipment Breakdown Endorsement for a very reasonable premium. Later, when my A/C experienced a complete fail, Lori reminded me of this coverage and we set in motion the claim. I have now been notified that I'll be receiving a check shortly which will reimburse me for 80% of the cost of my new A/C unit!!! I'm more than just "happy" with Lori and her wise counsel!!

Honestly my family & myself has been clients for YEARS & lately the service I have gotten has made me furious. When I did ask to speak to management or owner in regards to the issues the representative pushed it off and did not want me filing a complaint.
