They Told me 1 week for my plate to come in it’s been almost 2 months

Great prices and great insurance company but one problem is that whatever you do don’t let them get your car title because they gone say it will be just two weeks till they transfer it to your name and never call you and gone have you sign a lot of documents just to get your title back very unprofessional they always come up with excuses with you call and ask for your title or go in person I recommend you get their insurance if you planing on good prices but do the title transfer on your own because they will charge you money for title transfer and not give you your title they will scam you it been months and they still haven’t given me my title

Great customer service, I have mostly dealt with Evelyn. She is wonderful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have also dealt with Patrick (I believe his name is) on a few occasions and he was friendly, professional, and handled my issue right away.

Very helpful staff. My only concern was that when I used them. I was never notified that they had my title. They had it for like a year before I realized that it was not in my possession.

Hago mis traspaso, registración y seguro. Personal muy atento, alegre y educado. Se lo he recomendado a varios amigos.

Tres personas trabajando en este lugar platicando entre ellas y en el cellular y no hay mas clientes solo yo esperando y no me atienden una de ellas no puede hacer cotización supuestamente bueno entonces que hace ahí pésimo servicio me fui estrella insurance busquen otras opciones gente hispana

Llevo meses trabajando con ellos y hasta ahora no he tenido problemas. De todos modos no está de más ir personalmente de vez en cuando para verificar de primera mano la situación de tu seguro.
