Todd Browning State Farm has been extremely efficient and easy to communicate with. I had no accidents for 20 years while I was insured by another agency and my rates always climbed. State Farm beat their pricing and I have now had 3 minor accidents, 2 not my fault but the 3rd hit an animal and damaged my vehicle. Truly a nightmare! Terribly run insurance office. We have been with them for years and have had multiple issues. They would give us a quote in writing and then debit our account significantly more without contacting us. Each time we called to correct the issue and they would say they were sorry and that they would “fix” it. Each time our bill was wrong and continued to go up! We eventually gave up and switched to another State Farm agent. Our new agent is currently working to sort out the mess they’ve created. We like State Farm. We advise anyone considering State Farm to go to any agent besides this one!!!!
