The worst possible insurance company. Customer service is severely lacking and I say Severely! Had to file a claim, and was actually yelled at by so called customer services. Simply atrocious, unacceptable, and reprehensible. They will take your money, and then offer no assistance at all when asked. If I could give less than ne star, I would. Use them at your own risk.

Bought in case I couldn't take my trip .Husband came down sick they refused to cover my refund
