I've had Allstate for years, and fortunately I've rarely had a need for insurance until recently. We had some very bad winds and hail earlier this year, and Allstate was exceptional in every way.

I called my agent and they responded quickly and even did some research on my behalf regarding a call to my local city's office to check on city codes regarding the rebuilding of my roof. Allstate dispatched their disaster recovery agent and he quickly sized up the damage, worked with the roofer of my choice and helped us replace our damaged roof.

Kudos to Laura Gron and Clint Sanders for living the Allstate motto ("You're in good hands with Allstate"). These two are rockstars of the insurance world!
