Called the office spoke to someone they said they would call me back they never did I called back again spoke to someone different they said they would call me back never did have left 4 or 5 messages over the last 3 weeks all to find out that my policy has been canceled and there's nothing they can do about it and now won't reinstate me because it's been more than 5 days horrible horrible customer service. I had been a customer with them for over 6 years.

Rate was increased due to Allstate holding payment until they fixed an error then we lost a discount increasing our premium $200 a month. No accident or any other issues. Refused to correct the issue. Would not recommend.

Not impressed with Kyle Hobbs agency when I have left voice mails the local Hobbs agency did not even return my calls. Thats bad customer service! That would have never ever happened back when it was David Weilbrenner Allstate Agency. Hope you never have an auto claim with Allstate if they total your vehicle, they lie cheat and steal from you to beat you out of money! you will be hard pressed to even get Fair market trade value for your vehicle their claims possess is awful. Not so sure you're in good hand with Allstate. I want to turn "Allstate Mayhem Guy" from the commercials against them! would be funny for him to make a Commerical that says if you have Allstate, you are so screwed!

Staff is helpful and easy to work with. My family was involved in an accident that was the fault of another party. Mr. Hobbs' agency was very helpful is getting all the claims handled quickly and to our satisfaction.

Kyle Hobbs’ agency has always answered my questions quickly, and they have been communicative and transparent about my policy and insurance options.

This is the worst insurance I have ever had, they cause me to spend a lot of money that It could have been avoided and at the end they never refunded me and I have to pay for everything out of pocket, please watch out if you want to buy this insurance

My experience has been awful. I'm still waiting to finish processing my claim over a month later.

Kyle is no David welbrener. Instead of helping me w my quote he wanted to pass me off to someone else. No reason he couldn't help me.. other that the fact he wanted to lose a customer
