Called today to begin insurance coverage for my vehicle since I am new to Louisiana. Evelyn Jones was the representative I worked with. She was outstanding and very knowledgeable. She was able to guide me through the process and made everything very easy. She has great customer service skills and it was like talking to a friend. Very happy to have had the pleasure of working with her. She is an asset to Direct Insurance. She is also local so that was nice to be able to talk to someone that lives here and knows more about local insurance information.

The first time I visited ABC insurance the office closed at 5:30. I arrive at 7 after 5 and was turned away after driving an hour (this office was in Kenner I live in Picayune)..I thought I was supposed to go to the Metairie office so I kind of got lost I guess you could say and was still turned away. But the second time when I was able to go back, Brenda was very nice and polite.
