Customer service is good, but there are many other companies who have good employees and don’t constantly go up on liability insurance. I personally would rather go to another company and their workers are awful but they give me an appropriate rate for only liability.

I can't do anything but praise GOD!!! I was having difficulty getting the right kind of car insurance for the right price and Ms. Erleen stayed on the phone with me for 3 hours and some change to make sure I got the coverage and the price. Again, Thank you Erleen!!!!!

My experience with Ms. Eirleen Was amazinggg!!! I was having a very bad experience with someone else in the beginning but Ms. Eirleen was a life saver! If you’re looking for insurance before wasting your time just ask for Ms. Eirleen lol she’s straight to the point & makes sure you’re well taken care of! Ms. Eirleen deserves a raise hahaha. Love her!

Printer was down on Saturday so I wasn’t able to get a receipt or my proof of insurance, called at 1:45 today and left a message because nobody was answering, and said I’d be here at 2:40 to pick up my paper work and documents. I have now currently been standing outside for 45 minutes because there is a “closed for lunch” sign on the door. I understand having to take a lunch but what I don’t understand is not having the respect to give your customers notification that the office will be closed at the time they said they will be arriving. This is extremely inconvenient, I will be using the Metairie location from now on.

Dinorah was a blessing. I came in with a mess and she handled everything for me. Thank you do much for everything!
