At first I very much enjoyed my experience with State Farm. Over time my rates went up so I decided to shop around and make a decision that worked best for my budget. Through the transition process of canceling with State Farm and switching insurance, Jamie served me and was extremely rude, unprofessional, and hard to work with. I’d consider joining State Farm again in the future just not with this office as long as Jamie is there. Total lack of awareness. I thought she wouldn’t actually cancel my policy for a second there.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A car ran into my car at the post office across the street from their office. Mr Chad walked over there to make sure I got all the necessary information from the other driver. I really did appreciate that. Very satisfied with my agent.

I never used him. Company switched me over to Steib on Citrus Blvd. Spoke with lady in office. She was very pleasant. My payment not due till 12/12.

Every single month they always have an extra charge for no reason ❌🤑😒🤦🏾‍♂️🚷 costumer services is horrible they are rude always with an actitud they don’t ever have a good day, GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE❗️ I WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO A FRIEND NEITHER A FAMILY MEMBER. Go to other place for your own good and financial peace. If you don’t dont want a heart attack every single month.😪
