I will not be renewing my car insurance policy. My car insurance rates has gone up every 6 months. I was paying $300.25 for 6 months, then $349.80, then $376 a month now my rates has gone up to $444 a month starting in July 23. I had no accident and no ticket violations on a 2013 and 2016 car. My car is depreciated every year but my car insurance is appreciated. Please please shop around for rates.

Spoke with Bayleigh St. Clair about a policy, her tone and her attitude was very unprofessional. When I told her I didnβt like the way she was speaking to me she suggested I contact someone that had time for βmy typeβ of problems because it would not be her. When asked to speak to someone over her she said no and disconnected the call. Not the Allstate standards im used to.
My homeowners insurance had gone up almost $2000 with another company and Christine Bertucci at Allstate, was able to reduce my homeowners by over $1000 for the same coverage. They were great.

I have been using Allstate for homeowners insurance for more than 30 years. The premium and deductible has increased so much that I will not renew this policy.
Had 2 days to re new through another agency I was using and a friend recommended me here and I couldnβt say enough good things about them. 10/10 recommend

Due the volume of calls, the answering service forwarded call to the national calling center who accepted the claim as result of Hurricane Ida.
