Sold one of my cars- informed them and they continued to charge me for months. Confirmed cancellation through the RMV- and they continued to charge. Took months to receive a refund which they took no responsibility. Poor customer service. They are middlemen brokers and don’t care. Go direct to insurance companies to avoid incompetence. Lady agent in Hyannis is extremely rude and unprofessional.

This company has been bought out and the service is terrible, can’t even get anyone to call you back .

It would be nice if they had more of the streamlined portals that bigger companies have, but overall seems more personal, and better rates, than the big bank I had compared with.

I have had a lot of bad experiences with this company. Not knowing the law apparently is my fault. I would recommend anyone use their services with a caveat, Joe was able to help me after all these issues and has been nothing less then pleasant to work with. Especially after being in an accident. If you choose to insure here request for him. Best customer service across the board
