Girl who answered the phone, Meg, was VERY RUDE. She refused to help me with my claim and hung up on my when I asked if there was anyone there who was more competent than her. Would not suggest going through their office! There are a million insurance brokers around ... I'm postitive you can find better service elsewhere.
