Just recently I reached out thru their website as my insurance had gone up this year. Sunny got right back to be and helped me shop around for a better deal. Horrible! When I first joined they were very responsive. The customer service there has seriously deteriorated in the last year. Not only are their agents unresponsive to email, never return calls, but when I reached out to owner to share my concerns he apologized and mentioned they were short staffed. He stated he would be connecting with his personnel to make the requested adjustments and get quotes for rental insurance. The adjustments were still never made and never received quotes. I won't be doing business with them anymore. I would recommend bringing your business elsewhere.

Always a pleasure. I generally use cash for payments and use them for auto and business insurance. So I am in the office generally once a month. That front staff has a smile every time I'm there ( I'm not always easy to get along with ) but they can always talk me off the roof top.

Definitely not the best local agency around..... save yourself the headache.... I was told this company is under "Heavy audits"... and refused to take my paperwork for registration..... even the smallest discrepancies will null and void. even if the tail of the number 2 isn't perfect.... (in my case) especially when it comes to a zip code and not a signature or date... I still have to go to regestry.... what they could do for i could do online and cut out the middle man. Plenty of other local agents! Nothing was filled out incorrect!

This agency does and says whatever they need in order to make a sale. I won't ever being renewing with them and switching policies as soon as I can. Management won't allow for you to speak to the representatives who initially "helped" you receive your policy. Disappointed with customer service and complete lack of care to existing clients.
