I just called this place to ask a question about their safe drivers discount. My question was if you had to use their device to track speed, hard breaking, etc... even if you already had a device that tracked those things. I was greeted very rudely and rushed over the phone. The woman who answered very obviously did not care to provide an answer because I wasn’t currently an All State customer. I will not ever being going to all state just for the lack of care and rudeness over the phone.

Tried to call for a quote and kept getting interrupted and upsold before the person would even let me finish a sentence. You can at least listen to a persons situation before you start trying to put the fear of god into me and upsell me.
