I used them for my construction loan for home insurance. We were told by Kenda that we were receive any money not used back. It came to when we could get our money back, Kenda told me to just text them to have proof of cancelation and then we were told we weren't going to get our money back. After not being very happy, Alisha called me. She stated that their location doesn't do many construction insurance coverage and that they aren't really sure what we were going to get back.. how does the owner not know the policies? we looked for home insurance after our construction loan and they were $500 over anyone else. When I asked why, kenda didn't know. When I talked with Alisha she somehow found me insurance comparable to everyone else. Also from changing my construction address to my legal address was $10 extra, they didnt know why. And they charge you an application fee each time even if youre a returning customer. Moral of the story do not use Alishas office because they don't review your policy before sending it out. They lie to you about what you're going to get and they aren't helpful or nice.
