I called Suzanne with a very tricky situation due to the title having an I in it (which shouldn't be but is). She wouldn't give up until she got me covered. She was also able to find me an amazing deal on the insurance which included an SR22 that is needed for Nevada in some circumstances. She was truly the best experience I have ever had when dealing with insurance. She did it all for me and sent me everything to sign via email. I highly recommend Suzanne and Freeway Insurance to everyone. I fully intend to switch my other cars using her!! Excellent service!

I met with Tarina the other day in efforts of getting a new policy. I just bought a car and needed coverage right away. She was able to find me a good price that fit my budget and needs. Still a little pricey for my age!

I been going to this office now for years . Unfortunately I just want to be away from then as much as possible after this Experience. I switched less that 2 months to 3 different insurance companies. First time because I was Paying to much second time I had an accident before my six months grace period and this is when a nightmare came. Lil let the girl the she switched me the second time make a terrible mistake she canceled my insurance but didn’t started until 15 days after reason why she said it didn’t let her out right ways an effective date as the same day I cancel because the previous insurance had to approve cancellation but once they had approved it the new one was goofy to started but it didn’t. Next her Manager so called said not to worry “ they Were going to paid just to take the letters from the DMV ok nice they arrived.” Said it was going to be a check made not on my name but to the DMV. they arrive never happed . She said she can’t help me basically this is my problem. I get to have a collapse of insurance in my record pay so much fees. They need to get a better training honestly I’m so disappointed I when to professional but end it been scam. Before all this mess they put me into i when due I had an email telling me they switched my payment due date switched. The manager said it was normal and to go home after all this she mess she said oh by the way if I happened to look the date u came i could of done something. Why didn’t she. They don’t care they get there pay check commission and go on with there life’s. When me as a costumer get screwed.

Beware of this insurance company! Very unprofessional and unorganized! Are not informative about what you're purchasing with your policy and they don't bother to tell you when it renews that you have to add each item of coverage separately and pay for it separately to keep it on your policy. It doesn't automatically carryover upon renewal. So I had no idea that I didn't have roadside assistance and other things that I initially signed up for when my policy renewed, until I actually needed to use my insurance and was stranded! The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional as well! They will even hang up on you when you're trying to make a payment! And they can't even get their payments to come out each month automatically, and then blame you and charge extra fees, which is a way I think for them just to make more money off of you. Go to any other insurance company if you can!
