I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service I received from Allstate. Lydia was always prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process of filing a claim and getting reimbursed when an incident occurred. She answered all my questions and concerns with clarity. I would highly recommend Allstate to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy insurance coverage.

Let me share this with all of the people of Las Vegas considering getting insured by this agency. They are the worst of the worst for costumer service. I was with the agency for 2 1/2 years and not once did the agency owner speak to me in person. I am a veteran of the armed forces having served in the U.S Army and I never received any discounts. In fact every time I had to renew my policy it was always an increased in payment for my policy. I traveled for work during the COVID-19 pandemic and was always on the move and maintaining a good insurance was necessary. I felt like they knew I traveled a lot and they took advantage of that to increase my policy every time. It got to a point were I couldn’t pay for full coverage any more and had to decrease my policy and than the inevitable happened I was robbed at gun point stripped of my belongings and my vehicle was stolen. It was later recovered with lots of damage and was deemed a total loss. But since I had deceased my policy because I was paying so much I felt like I was being taken advantage and robbed not only by the the people that stole from but by this insurance agency. So please stay away from her. They don’t care about their customers and all they want to do is take more and more money in every way possible.
