I was with Nationwide for 36 years. Although they had been increasing my rate steadily over the previous several years, they call me one day and tell me they are raising my rate 25% . I had no accidents and when i asked them why they simply said it was a decision made by corporate...so much for loyalty!. I wrote them a long letter explaining how long i had been with them, all the discounts i receive for my kids grades, etc. I asked that my letter be sent as far up as possible. I received no real response, just oh well. It is clear now that NATIONWIDE IS NO LONGER ON MY SIDE OR ANYONE ELSE'S... PLEASE DONT USE THEM. This agency is good but the company itself has lost its way. I guess they have to start charging customers more in order to pony up Peyton Manning and the rest of the stars that do ads for them. They may be friendly and helpful but that doesn't mean they're really looking out for you financially. Just like when you fly. I don't care if the pilot is friendly or not. I care more that he gets me to my destination safely.

Friendly, courteous, and more than willing to help you with your insurance needs. Nationwide has been great as well. Thx for everything.
