They are not helpful at all. I went there to get help to renew my application but one of the staff there ended up losing my application and never handed it in to the intended people which resulted in my coverage getting ended due to their negligence.

Good people can't complain they got better In recent years

I renewed my insurance in December 2017, and they said I didn't have to do anything because they will process it. Went to my dr yesterday, to my surprise, I dont have any insurance! Went to medicaid and they said the person who helped me in metroplus office, didn't send my application to medicaid!!! Now, I'm 8 months pregnant without insurance because of them!

They treat humans like we robots with insurance and they can just get paid off us

yo cambien a este segruo asi 6 meses pero los reprecentante los trabajan no ayudan en nada solucionar solo dicen baya llamar estado cuando no es lugar correo ningun de ellos ayudan.

Peor Seguro uno llama te pasan de representante en representante te dejan en espera muchas veces te cortan un horas a más de espera la verdad no recomiendo este servicio al menos q cambien todo el resvicio de ayuda al cliente
