I think here all 5 star reviews are paid review or they are relative of their. Very poor customer service. They will take your whole days if you go there. Seems They are very busy. Around there are lot of others insurance breakages who will give your value of time. Also they take more money. Leave them if you love yourself.

Workers are so rude and slow don't know how to use computer they don't even know how to basic typing .guy name kader thing he run place. He so rude to people all the time if you go there you can see . If you want to save money and time dont go there.

I went in to transfer my plate to my new car, they approached me about 1 hours and 43 minutes later stated i wont be able to transfer it until I receive my registration for my new car which completely understand. Im upset because i had to wait for that long when none else was front of on line not to mention they were taking other customers who walked in after me. You absolutely cant be nice with this people because the nicest you’ll be with them the you poor service will get from them. Because of the type of service they provided me i decided to change my broker. When the new broker requested change of broker to the insurance company. The insurance company stated that i missing about $2,200 payments out of $3,300 so they wont be able to do the broker transfer until the Payment is up to date. Yes i have been making payments on time and up to date on my premium. Then I went in to NY brokerage asked them to print out my payments history for 2020 premium which shows my payments are up to date. It led me to ask NY brokerage why is insurance company said otherwise. His answer was the payments will update on insurance company system following day and because they did not make past few months payments for whatever reason. Bottom line this place is very unprofessional, poor service, and full of fraud, yes fraud. Please save yourself some times and energy by not doing business with this broker. I wished google had zero star option. “Dog’s tai can never be straight even if we put it into a pipe for years”

Everyone thinks about themselves! But this company handles 1000+ customers everyday! It is obvious not to provide quick service everytime. They offer the cheapest rate based on the client record. If some cases client feels they are not getting good rate and looking for more options ended up taking insurance from here! Everyone is equal here but people don’t understand that, sometimes they create the mess and when the staff try to say something they are the villain! Those who think this is not a good place or provide poor services and left because of their ego and showing attitude sometimes shouting on the employees, countless times they came back and appreciated the rate and service. They welcome everyone even if they know what they did before! Service is not a matter of joke, it takes lots of hard work and patience! Thank you!

There service is below standard and the people work there act like they giving us visa to enter US. The guy name Qadir has attitude problem dont like to explain too much but wants you take insurance what he is giving you. Non professional and not have the decent behavior.

Worst place ever ,stay away from here as far as you can , they will tell you something just to get the money in their pocket and make you wait for a while , and then come upto you and say something else , and when you will ask for the refund , they will try to turn you over by saying that the person working in the cashier is not there , while they have the cash available in every single desk , totally wasted our time and ruined our day , if there was an option I would give them zero stars.
