Jia called us early in the process after we were notified that our current 2024 plan was being cancelled by UHC for 2025. She presented us with its replacement, NY0005, for 2025 which is essentially identical to the plan we've been using for several years.
Jia answered all of our questions as to whether our meds and physicians were part of the new plan and generally assured us that it was, from our point of view, a good plan.
We accepted, did some independent research and confirmed everything we were told.
Jia did a fine job both for us and LIMA and we appreciate her efforts and follow through.

When my Mom suddenly developed a mysterious debilitating illness Jiawen and Meghan helped us every step of the way to ensure we got her the right coverage. My experience with Brian Krantz and Plan Medicare LLC has been absolutely outstanding. When I moved to New York from California I needed to set up health insurance ASAP. I am a recovering cancer patient and needed coverage immediately. Brian took time out of his Saturday with his family to help me understand and set up the appropriate Medicare Advantage Plan.
