He is always accessible. I love that I get a reminder when my payment is due and I get an email confirmation that Allstate received my payment. I highly recommend Andy.

ive had my auto insurance through this agency for 26 years. names and faces have changed but the service has remained major league. They know what they are doing, they can get any car insured and make it affordable. Current agents Debbie, Veronica, and others are super helpful!
Horrible customer service from COLE ! I work for a dealership and deal with multiple insurance brokers everyday never have I been questioned as to why I need a copy of an ID card and Binder for a customer β¦. Brokers need us to get new business and normally make the process smooth and seamless for us at the dealership not in this case I would steer clear of this agent they are rude and their representative are incompetent when it comes to DMV requirements.

Worst customer service ever, i am not able to finish a sentence and they hang up the phone on me. Then when i call them back it goes to voicemail. Youre better off calling directly to allstate to get anything done on your account and find yourself another agent
