I approached ASAP insurance in December to secure coverage for my classic automobile. They place the policy with American modern located in Ohio. The rate was competitive and the policy gave me excellent coverage. At the end of May I had to make a claim on that policy. The claim was handled in a highly professional manner and 3 weeks later I received the check for all the damages. Have no idea how they’re even in business! Absolute SCAMMERS! I cancelled my policy and sold my truck because I couldn’t make ends meet anymore. I cancelled my policy a week before my next payment so I wouldn’t get charged again. And I stopped driving immediately obviously because I was informed my policy was cancelled. So I stopped driving. As I should. BUT I got more invoices in the mail and at first was told to disregard them! And now 6 months later I got more and called the company up and they told me that there was a 30 DAY GRACE PERIOD of cancellation! So I got billed another payment! But shut everything down and stopped driving so I no longer had the money. So here I am with more payments when I was told to first disregard them then magically I now have to pay up insurance payments when I cancelled or was told I cancelled a week in advance and WILL NOT BE BILLED AGAIN. These people are scammers and bums that just take advantage of the real working class while they just sit at their desk all day twiddling their fingers stealing peoples hard earned money. I will never go back to ASAP INSURANCE BROKERAGE AND WILL NEVER REFFER ANYONE TO THEM!

She said oh I’ll send a check. Why a check I asked? I didn’t pay by check I paid by Zelle. You received your money instantly But I have to wait for a refund and don’t have any insurance. Then now they won't answer the phone. They are scammers here don’t Work with them. My company is now in jeopardy!!! Without insurance we can’t operate. I am filing leg claims on this agency.

My experience is not good with this company right now. The agent that I was working with did not communicate well with some very important information with my company that caused some major issues and I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled. Not very professional at all.
