They are not doing right by their loyal customers! They charged me half of my insurance upfront for other peoples accidents! They are not right! Avoid them if you can.

It was extremely easy to set an appointment with an insurance specialist, clear instructions to signing up a policy, felt like the agent was knowledgeable and cordial and most of all...able to explain the benefits of my new policy with the savings I would receive. Who doesn't like discounts & savings? Felt like a valued customer and that's extremely important to me. I sincerely hope it's not just for signing up but that it will continue in the future. I don't enjoy switching insurance companies because it's my nature to be loyal as long as I am treated well.
