I was very disappointed with the customer service provided by this agency.

Upon calling for an auto line and possibly a homeowners for my condo, Sean said one of his team members would call me back. A agent did call, but only to ask for my information. She said she would call back as soon as she worked on the quote. Sadly, she failed to do so.

I called another Allstate agency in a neighboring town and the agent there was amazing. She returned my voicemail and walked me through the quote. She was also able to explain why I wasn't accepted within Allstate's guidelines (because Allstate doesn't count indemnity lines as insurance history). Which was helpful to know.

There is a lot to be learned about customer service from Andrea Sheren agency in Middle Island.

It is possible that they are more responsive to current customers. However, I would not recommend Sean Worth agency to anyone as it speaks volumes about the way they treat potential business so poorly, especially if they don’t qualify for their insurance. Even if they didn’t run the quote, at this day and age does it really take more than 24hrs to receive a call back?
