Thanks Kate. It's nice to be able to text and chat efficiently with an agent on all needs. Coming from Geico, let me tell you, it is no picnic. You have to navigate Virtual assistants and even when you get a live person, nobody knows what's going on.... the ability to efficiently handle customers and perspective customers, in my opinion should be a hallmark or goal of any business. Unfortunately, it is not a priority for many businesses. Showcasing an obnoxious lizard on tv is the priority for Geico. Hahaha. But I much more prefer an insurance company that is.....more like a great neighbor. 😉

When they say they will call you back when they are free they really do. Been with other companies they said they will call you and never do

Kelly and staff are very friendly. Whenever I had a question it would be answered almost immediately. I say almost immediately because on occasion I left a message and got a call back before close of business. The only reason I left State Farm was because I got a less expensive premium through my wife's union benefits. Kelly said straight up State Farm would not be able to match or beat it and I'd be foolish not to take advantage of it. But if ever the time comes I'm looking at insurance, my first choice will be back here.
