Worst place to get your insurance ever wish I could have left zero stars. I had been with nationwide for 44 years never had a issue with any of the other 3 agents over the years. The minute it became weatherly insurance constant problems. I sent my payment off a few weeks later I get a text my insurance has not been paid called the office and paid it over the phone a few weeks later I get a email saying I over paid they sent a check..then I get a notice my insurance had lapsed.contacted the office finally spoke to somerude smart alex named James who said I probably need to get my insurance somewhere else so I did and glad I did it's cheaper and they have customer service. If you want to lose coverage and lose money due to incompetence this is the place for you. And the lady Wendy said they sent me a text on two different days went backand looked and one of the days she said I recieved no text from anyone the second day I recieved 5 text and not from them how convenient.

Weatherly insurance is the best! We moved here two years ago, and have had nothing but a wonderful experience with them. Outstanding customer service, and always helpful whenever we have questions. I would highly recommend Weatherly to anyone!

Emily and Wendy were extremely helpful getting my auto insurance. I would recommend Weatherly for all your Insurance needs.

Insurance was increased three times after i was given a quote with all the drivers listed! Increase in duration of the policy! Charges duplicated for the same driver and accident! Charging me twice for general liabilty coverage that i have when them already? They are non responsive at this point.

Staff was alright. Expensive policies. Staff could be more helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up leaving after my sister had already started having problems with her insurance continuously going up without explanation and finding another insurance provider for a third of the price.

Have been with Nationwide since first day Billy Byrd opened in Greenville and still carrying all our insurance with Nationwide and the Weatherly family. We no longer live in Greenville but it has never been a problem working with them from a distance. Good company with good people.
